Always dive safely! In case of doubt, follow the basic rules
When was your last dive? More than six months ago? Then this course is for you. It is especially recommended, and even mandatory, to refresh your memory in theory and practice in confined waters of no more than five meters in depth at SSI, or at the judgment of your PADI instructor. This will be subsequent to an interview in which the instructor can see how much experience you have.
It’s important to take along a logbook in order to prove your experience. Or if you decided to review on your own the theory covered in your previous course, it will help you meet your goals more quickly and satisfactorily.
At PADI, the minimum age is 10, and you have to be at least a Junior Scuba Diver. Remember, this means you have completed half an open water course. At SSI, you can take this course from the age of 10, although being a Junior Scuba Diver is also a prerequisite.
How much does it cost to take the PADI Re-activate course or the SSI Scuba Skills Update course?
The course costs between about 70 and 150 euros, depending on geographic area, of course.
What does a course like the PADI Re-activate or the SSI Scuba Skills Update consist of?
